The pictures above are of two different basement finishes. The first five pictures are of a washroom with vinyl floor covering, wood fluted columns around the house support post and a drop ceiling with 2' x 4' florescent lighting. The fireplace has remote controlled gas logs. The hearth and profile are marble. We also built a full bath with a cherry vanity and solid surface top. The last three pictures are of a different basement finish. The ceilings are 9'. The last picture appears to be a tray ceiling which enclose the HVAC duct work. The bath rough plumbing had to be relocated for this project. The ceiling is smooth finished drywall and the floor is ceramic tile laid in thinset mortar.
