This custom home is built on a tall crawl space. It was located on the lot to protect the root system of these nice oak trees. The house features 9' ceilings except in the living room area where the ceilings are 10' with indirect lighting and a fireplace. The master bedroom has a tray ceiling. There is plenty of storage in the attic. There is prefinished hardwood floors through out the house except the playroom which is carpeted. The bathrooms and wash room features tile floors. The exterior is stucco. The roof is architectural roofing with leaf guard gutters. The back of the home has a nice screened in porch to enjoy the nice trees and landscaping.

This custom country style home features a full basement with full bath and bedrooms. There is also a garage door on the right, back side of the basement with the driveway leading straight to it.The main level has prefinished hard wood floors through out. The second floor has storage and dormers to accent the look of the home and to give natural lighting to the attic. The country style front porch is large and very comfortable and will accommodate a porch swing and rocking chairs. The two car garage is located on the left end of the home and has plenty of room for 2 vehicles and storage. The attic access is also in the garage.
This custom home is actually an addition which is the largest addition we have built. This was a 900 square foot house that we built a 16' x 47' addition to the left side of and a 16' x 29' addition to the back and finished the second floor. The area above the old house had to have all the roof and ceiling joist removed and replaced with materials that would carry the new loads. Footings had to be dug around the perimeter of the house, reinforcing rod placed in the footings and poured with concrete so the over size brick veneer could be installed. The country front porch was built large enough to accommodate a swing, rocking chairs and the entire family. Hard wood floors were installed through out the entire home and were sanded and finished. The kitchen cabinets were custom made with raised panel doors.
This ranch style home is built on a concrete slab. It is a brick veneered home with vinyl windows. The lot was graded to prevent water from ever getting to the home. There is a nice front porch that is comfortable. The back has a nice brick patio that connects to the concrete driveway.
