Our story started generations before us
Building is in the Conrad family's blood. What began with earlier generations of builders was carried forward when Ryan Conrad's grandfather started the business, and it has stayed a family effort ever since.
Today, Conrad & Conrad Inc. is led by a father-and-son team, Jack and Ryan Conrad, with Ryan proudly building as a fourth-generation builder. The values haven't changed from one generation to the next: do honest work, hold the line on quality, and treat every homeowner the way you'd want your own family treated.

We're a true family business supported by a trusted project team. Jack Conrad serves as president, Ryan Conrad as vice president and co-manager, Angie Conrad as secretary, Michelle Conrad as bookkeeper, and Steven Munoz as superintendent. Angie is also the friendly voice clients usually reach when they call. Together with our long-trusted subcontractor team, the Conrads bring hands-on attention to every home we build.
