Our story started generations before us
Building is in the Conrad family's blood. What began with earlier generations of builders was carried forward when Ryan Conrad's grandfather started the business, and it has stayed a family effort ever since.
Today, Conrad & Conrad Inc. is led by a father-and-son team, Jack and Ryan Conrad, with Ryan proudly building as a fourth-generation builder. The values haven't changed from one generation to the next: do honest work, hold the line on quality, and treat every homeowner the way you'd want your own family treated.

Jack Conrad serves as president, Ryan Conrad as vice president and co-manager, Angie Conrad as secretary, Michelle Conrad as bookkeeper, and Steven Munoz as superintendent. Angie is also the friendly voice clients usually reach when they call.
Jack Conrad Jr.
PresidentJack graduated from East Carolina University in 1982 and has been a licensed General Contractor since 1985. He takes a hands-on approach with every project to make sure the customer is satisfied and treated with integrity.
Ryan Conrad
Vice President & Co-ManagerA fourth-generation contractor and a graduate of the East Carolina construction management program, Ryan spent 15 years with a large commercial construction firm in the area from 2009 through 2024, and brings that expertise to both our residential and commercial projects.
Angie Conrad
SecretaryAngie joined Conrad & Conrad in 1995 and is the friendly voice clients usually reach when they call. She works closely with our owners and subcontractors, making sure the highest standards of integrity and quality are honoured throughout each project.
Michelle Conrad
BookkeeperMichelle keeps the books for Conrad & Conrad, handling budgets, invoicing, and financial records so every project stays organised and clients always know where they stand.
Steven Munoz
SuperintendentSteven joined in 2025 with fourteen years in the construction industry. He oversees daily jobsite operations, working closely with customers and crews to keep every project safe, efficient and finished to standard.

Based in Clemmons, NC, Conrad & Conrad serves homeowners within roughly a 50-mile radius throughout the Piedmont Triad, including Winston-Salem, Clemmons, Kernersville, Lewisville, Pfafftown, Advance, Mocksville, Thomasville, Lexington, Greensboro, High Point, Statesville, Salisbury, King, Pilot Mountain, Welcome, and the Lake Norman area.
