Terms and Conditions
The terms that govern your use of the Conrad & Conrad, Inc. website.
Effective August 26, 2026.
Acceptance
By using this website you agree to the terms below. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. These terms apply to conradandconrad.com and to any subdomain we operate.
Who we are
This site is operated by Conrad & Conrad, Inc., a fourth-generation family-owned custom home builder in Clemmons, North Carolina. References to “we,” “us,” and “our” mean Conrad & Conrad, Inc.
Use of this site
This website is informational. Content here is provided to help homeowners understand our work and get in touch with us. It is not construction advice, a bid, or a contract, and it does not create a builder-client relationship on its own.
You may not use this site in a way that harms it or other visitors, including attempting to gain unauthorized access, running automated scrapers that overload the server, uploading harmful code, or misusing any form to send spam.
Intellectual property
All photography, text, graphics, and design on this site are owned by Conrad & Conrad, Inc. or used with permission. You may share links to our pages. You may not copy or reuse the content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Project inquiries
Reaching out through this site is a request to talk, not a commitment on either side. Every project starts with a real conversation and, when both sides are ready, a written contract that covers scope, pricing, timeline, and warranty in detail. Nothing you read or submit here changes that.
Accuracy of information
We do our best to keep the site accurate and up to date, but details can change. Pricing ranges, service areas, timelines, and project photos are examples of our work, not guarantees. Anything specific to your project will be confirmed in writing.
Third-party links
Some pages link to outside sites such as supplier partners, review platforms, association listings, and so on. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your information.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by North Carolina law, Conrad & Conrad, Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss connected to your use of this website. Your sole remedy for a problem with the site is to stop using it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute related to this website will be handled in the courts of Forsyth County, North Carolina.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do we will change the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
